- 100 gm sida (kachi bari-yari)
- 50 gm pop-py seeds (khaskhas)
- 300 gm sugar
- 50 gm almonds
- 12 glass-es cold water.
- Crush sida, poppy seeds, sugar and almonds, separately.
- In a bowl, mix all the crushed ingredients.
- Soak this is water for about three hours.
- Then refrigerate.
- Strain and serve chilled.
