Ingredients
1 cup macaroni (boiled and drained)
- 2 tbs butter
- 2 spring onions chopped (along with the stalks)
- 2 1/2 tbs flour
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 4 tsp mustard powder
- 1/4 cup baby corn (chopped and fried lightly in butter)
- 1 tbs coriander leaves (chopped)
- 1 cube cheese (grated)
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Heat butter in a pan.
- Add the onions and fry for a few seconds.
- Add the flour and fry for two minutes.
- Add milk and stir, to form a smooth white sauce.
- Add baby corn, macaroni, cheese, oregano and coriander.
- Mix well for a couple of minutes.
- Then put into a greased baking dish and bake for 10 minutes at 180 C, till it begins to brown.
- Serve hot.
