Potato Bhaji
Ingredients
4 potatoes
1/4 tsp mustard seeds
1 onion cut into long chunks
2 green chillies
1/2 tsp curry powder
Salt to taste
1/2 tbsp oil
Method
  • Boil potatoes and cut them into medium size chunks.

  • Put oil in a pan and when it is hot put mustard seeds, onions and green chillies. Fry them for 2-3 minutes.

  • Now add salt, curry powder and potatoes in it.

  • Add little water and cover the pan.

  • Cook for another 5 minutes on slow gas.

  • Serve hot with rice.
