4. Raw Mango Masala
Ingredients
- 1 large raw mango, slightly ripe
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon chilli powder
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 1/4 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 2 pinches hing
- 2 pinches garam masala
Method
- Wash the mango and chop finely, to make small pieces.
- Sprinkle salt and chilli powder.
- Keep aside for 10 minutes and then add sugar.
- Heat oil in a kadai and add mustard seeds and hing. Allow to splutter.
- Add to mango, stirring continuously. Serve with parathas.
